Due to the continued expansion of the Brewery and Brewery Shop we have a number of new roles starting within the next few weeks and months. We remain the oldest independent brewery in the Chilterns and Buckinghamshire. We are located on an old working farm in the heart of the Chiltern Hills, between Princes Risborough and Aylesbury. The emphasis has always been to produce natural, wholesome beers using the best, class A malt and hops sourced in England. The brewing process mirrors age-old methods and our beers are brewed with skill, passion and integrity.

We are a small, close-knit, family team that enjoys providing exceptional customer service. We aim to go the extra mile as well as providing, friendly, knowledgeable service with a smile at all times. As a candidate you will identify with these principles and want to make your own contribution.


OFFICE Administrator / Full-time

We are looking for an organised and efficient individual to cover for maternity leave with the likely starting date in late October – early November. This will be a full-time temporary position with the possibility to extend for the right candidate.

SHOP Assistant and Tour Guide / Part-time

We are looking for an exceptional individual who is used to working in a customer focused environment and thrives on delivering outstanding customer service to match the quality of our products. This is a unique role primarily based on the shop floor serving our extensive client base and being involved in all aspects of day to day work within our brewery shop. In addition the role will involve you assisting with the running of our very popular brewery tours by either assisting with food and drink for the event or occasionally running the tours.

SOUS CHEF, The King’s Head Aylesbury HP20 2RW / Permanent, Full Time

The King’s Head is our Brewery Tap and an historic inn steeped in history, right in the heart of Aylesbury. As part of our brewery it is a real ale pub and function room of excellence providing a menu focusing on quality, simplicity and great taste using the finest local ingredients.

We have a highly skilled and qualified Head Chef, who has worked previously as an Executive Chef in demanding environments and establishments and who is improving and expanding our menus in exciting ways. Working under him, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and receive excellent training, as well as having the opportunity to share your ideas and creativity in a supportive and adaptable kitchen team.  

You will be required to run the kitchen operation in the absence of the Head Chef and at other times to work closely with him to manage the daily operation of food preparation to provide the very best of traditional dishes, produced to an exceptionally high standard, sourced where possible from the very finest, local ingredients.

We are a team of three currently, but that number will increase as we develop and grow. Along with the rest of our team you will ensure that outstanding customer service, together with excellent food is at the heart of what we deliver. In return you will work within a friendly and fun environment where everyone is treated with the greatest of respect.
