We remain the oldest independent brewery in the Chilterns and Buckinghamshire. We are located on an old working farm in the heart of the Chiltern Hills, between Princes Risborough and Aylesbury. The emphasis has always been to produce natural, wholesome beers using the best, class A malt and hops sourced in England. The brewing process mirrors age-old methods and our beers are brewed with skill, passion and integrity.

OFFICE Administrator / Full-time Maternity Cover

We are looking for an organised and efficient Office Administrator to cover for maternity leave for up to 12 months on a full time basis.  There is the possibility for the right candidate that this period could be extended. The post will suit a highly motivated and organised person with a keen eye for detail looking for a diverse role within a growing family business with a fine reputation as an exceptional business in the South East of England.

Your typical duties will include:

·         Reception; handle and manage incoming telephone calls to the Brewery in a polite and efficient manner, ensuring customer delight

·         Secretarial; administer incoming and outgoing correspondence, both paper and electronic in a polite and efficient manner

·         Administration and accounts; assist the Office Manager with administrational and accounting duties, involving order entry, invoice creation, bank reconciliation. Collation and generation of trade and retail sales reports for management

·         Trade sales; telephone support for our trade customers – order entry and administration, telephone existing trade customers for weekly orders, proactively foster good relationships

·         Shop Assistant; This diverse role will also include shop duties involving serving customers who visit the Brewery Shop and who attend tours, ensuring customer delight

You would normally work about 40 hours a week Monday to Friday. Occasional Saturdays and bank holidays may be required.

SHOP Assistant and Tour Guide / Part-time

We are looking for an exceptional individual who is used to working in a customer focused environment and thrives on delivering outstanding customer service to match the quality of our products. This is a unique role primarily based on the shop floor serving our extensive client base and being involved in all aspects of day to day work within our brewery shop. In addition the role will involve you assisting with the running of our very popular brewery tours by either assisting with food and drink for the event or occasionally running the tours.
