Careers
Chef / Sous Chef.
We are looking for a Chef / Sous Chef who will support and work together with our Head Chef and kitchen team. You’ll be involved in many aspects of kitchen operations whilst serving 2 bars with 2 different menus – from preparing, cooking, plating and delivering food service to managing stock levels and keeping the kitchen clean and tidy. You will be working with fresh produce to create our own recipes and dishes, using high-tech equipment in our focused and composed environment.
Bar Supervisor.
As Bar Supervisor, working closely with the Bar Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in helping to manage day to day operations. You’ll be overseeing a rotational team of around ten bar team members working in two bars on site.
You must have a warm, friendly personality coupled with professionalism, great work ethic and a hard-working attitude. Previous experience in bar supervision preferred and extensive experience in bar work is essential. Your level of experience will determine the level of appointment and remuneration.
Must be 18 or older.
Bar Team Member.
This front of house role includes looking after our guests by providing warm hospitality with excellent customer service whilst they drink, dine and celebrate with us. You’ll be involved in many aspects of the day-to-day running of our two bars, from bar tending and cellar management to waiting and keeping the site presentable for our lovely guests.
