BOOK BELOW FOR A TOUR OF THE OLDEST INDEPENDENT BREWERY IN THE CHILTERN HILLS AND BUCKINGHAMSHIRE.
Our tours include an introduction to the art of craft brewing, a brief history of the Chiltern Brewery, a tour of the Brew House and a tutored beer and food tasting session with a delicious selection of our locally made chandlery.
“Took my husband here as we both love our ales and we weren’t disappointed. There was quite a few of us on the tour – advisable to book especially if you want to go on a Saturday. They sat us down in the main area towards the back of the shop and we were then taken around the brewing room – all absolutely fascinating. One of the smallest breweries I’ve ever been to, but didn’t stop the fantastic taste of the ale & the taster spread they put on – cheese & biscuits and bread – all infused with ale & possibly one of the best chutneys I’d ever tasted. I’d recommend another trip here, just for the beer & food.

“Great afternoon, with friendly informative staff and great beer. Learned a lot about the right beers for different types of food. The cheese crackers, cheese, apple chutney, beer bread and fruit cake was an appreciative addition to help with the tasting.”

“Being from the Silicon Valley in California we are lucky to have some of the best Brewery’s at the tip of our fingers , and we visit them frequently. During this holiday to Ireland, Belgium, Holland, France, and England we did not hold back on the brewery tours. That being said I feel it is safe to say we know what a good beer/tour is. We attended a tour of the Chiltern Brewery lead by Nigel. The whole entire staff was very welcoming and made us feel like family. Nigel was especially informative and gave us quite a laugh. Their beer was some of the best that we have tried in the UK. Earl Grey IPA and Chiltern Black were the personal favorites. All in all this has been in our top 3 brewery tours ever!”
