The response to Chiltern 1630 has been absolutely phenomenal, with the majority of drinkers unable to classify Chiltern 1630 as a low alcohol beer just by trying it. One of Chiltern 1630’s fans told us “It has completely changed what I consider a beer can be!”
But we’re not about to stop there. Our passionate fans have always been excellent in telling us what they truly think about our ales, and it is this feedback that makes sure we keep upping our game and allows us to keep brewing our award-winning real ales.
Chiltern 1630 (Trial 2) builds on the success of Trial 1, and offers a more robust flavour & body for drinkers seeking a low alcohol beer. Trial 2 is currently available at 2.2% alcohol by volume.
Head Brewer, Tom Jenkinson, had this to say about Chiltern 1630’s development: “We are always seeking to improve our real ales, and the positive response to Chiltern 1630 has been fantastic! Chiltern 1630 (Trial 2) brings us even closer to the perfect low alcohol ale, and drinkers will now be able to enjoy a more robust brew, that boasts some lovely grape and marmalade flavours.”
Chiltern 1630 (Trial 2) is on tap at the brewery shop now, and will be made available to trade customers from Monday 19th February.
