The award winning medium-dry cider combines one year’s harvest of the highest quality home-grown bittersweet apples. Once fermented, the cider is matured in oak vats to develop its award winning flavour.
Tannins in the traditional apple varieties help to deepen the full-bodied taste and mature flavours to give a satisfyingly long lasting taste on the palate. Serve chilled and enjoy with a classic Sunday roast.
