In Tudor times spices were only used for the best dishes and drinks and so we have taken these historic ingredients to brew a unique style of Imperial Stout. Rich, dark and creamy, the spices provide balance to the flavours of dark roasted malts to create a complex and characterful beer with notes of nutmeg, cinnamon and citrus.
