Brand new Low Alcohol Beer

After 12 months of secret research, our Low Alcohol Beer that doesn’t compromise on quality or flavour, is here!

It’s been hard keeping this under wraps, but our first ever Low Alcohol Beer, codename Chiltern 1630, is now available at 1.9% alcohol by volume. Initially available as a trial run, we have only brewed a small trial batch – so make sure you don’t miss out!

Using a precise blend of the best UK grown malt & hops, we have been able to brew a beer that has a low alcohol content AND the usual award winning flavour & quality that comes with Chiltern Brewery beers.

Chiltern 1630 is also the first beer in the Chiltern range to use our brand new pump clip design (below) that will be used for limited run, trial brews.

Head Brewer, Tom Jenkinson, described the beer as having “a lovely mellow, nutty aroma. The flavours that come through are those of honey and marmalade – a rather splendid drop if I may say so!”

Chiltern 1630 will be available in the brewery shop from Monday the 22nd of January for a limited period, and available at select pubs.
